there is no doubt that huntsman are scary looking. huge, hairy, and just chill on the wall all day waiting for bugs.

When I spent a semester in Australia, my host family and I would spend whole evenings watching huntsman spiders catch various insects. It was a bit freaky at first to see a big-ass hairy spider in the kitchen (and the family’s complete lack of concern), but they’re just harmless insect-eaters.
